During other times service for registration and deregistration (user cards, notice of discharge) and settling fees is not available. 

Please note that cash payments are no longer accepted at the campus library. Library cards can only be issued on site to certain user groups (e.g., students from other universities, school students, guest students). Students and members of Heidelberg University can register online to borrow items. Students and members of Heidelberg University can sign up online for using borrowing service of the library.
