For  the the GUIDE - procedure for dealing with conflicts and misconduct by the UNIFY - almost 70 are available at various locations throughout the university for low-threshold support. They are familiar with the university’s processes and contact persons and can provide targeted referrals.
Members of the university seeking advice can approach any of the trust advisors if they experience discrimination, harassment, bullying, stalking, or conflicts.

They are familiar with the paths and contact persons at the university and can make targeted referrals. People seeking advice should be able to find support quickly within the university system and choose from various options, allowing them to approach people they trust. The aim is to use a broad network at Heidelberg University to deal with difficulties and misconduct appropriately so that people can work, study, and teach in an environment that is free from discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, stalking, or conflicts.

Professional responses to conflicts and misconduct from the initial contact to prompt and informed counselling for those affected and knowledge within institutions on handling incidents form an important foundation for this.

Für GUIDE – dem Verfahren zum Umgang mit Konflikten und Fehlverhalten von UNIFY – sind fast 70 ehrenamtliche Vertrauenslots*innen an verschiedenen Stellen der Universität niedrigschwellig ansprechbar.

Vertrauenslots*innen kennen Wege und Ansprechpersonen an der Universität und können zielgerichtet verweisen. 

Ratsuchende Angehörige der Universität können bei Diskriminierung, Belästigung, Mobbing, Stalking oder Konflikten alle Vertrauenslots*innen der Universität ansprechen. In unserer Einrichtung sind direkt vor Ort für Sie da, zeitnah und vertraulich:
